Spirou et Luna by anya1916 Spirou et Luna by anya1916
#alwaysmotivated submission - Official - Themed

This is my contribution for the Community of Fan Art Love's project

Spirou (hotest red-headed guy ever) and Luna (Vito Cortizone's daugther).
They are a beautiful couple. I wish Tome and Janry made more albums so we see them together again :sniff:
I so admire Janry's work  I wanted to draw some Spirou art from a long time and the Fan Art Love was the occasion. I found it easier to draw Spirou than Luna (and I didn't get her right... she's supposed to be so beautiful)

Spirou, Luna (c) Dupuis

unfortunately no. Luna was created by Tome and Janry but nowadays, it's 2 new authors who are writing and drawing the adventures of Spirou (in a different style) and there is a veryyy few chance they use her again :cries:
I'm just sad Spirou is not more the art of Tome and Janry because I truly loved the universe they created for this hero

Hmmm, I understand. As well as Franquin created the Marsupilami in the time when he drew Spirou & Fantasio adventures (with Jideheim and Greg writing sometimes). Yes, that's really a pity. :(

merci beaucoup.

really ? I never searched how famous Spirou was in foreign countries, but for sure he is less famous than Tintin or Asterix.
Anyway, it's a great comic (well, for the albums made by Tome and Janry, I'm not interested by the others :XD: )

for once, it's the girl who's holding the guy :aww:

Indeed. SPIROU is a magazine and a comic. In the magazine the character "Spirou" ain't always present, his adventures are only published if some artists are making a comic at the moment.

And don't forget that it was the place where Peyo debuted the Smurfs/les Schtroumpfs in Johan et Pirlouit.
