FULL VIEW IS MORE THAN ADVISED

these are 's characters Lani and Avice (they are half humans/half birds)
this is the part of my art-trade with her. She's drawing my characters Sean and Remy because we took a common theme : draw a couple of each other.
For the lil story : Avice has had her wings cut off and so can't fly anymore... "and one night after Lani took her on her first flight in three years, their love was confirmed" So she's holding on her sweet love Lani for flying with him once again ^^ (if you're interested by their story, you can check *Trounced 's journal entry about her characters : [link] )

I worked hard on the sketch I can tell you ! it was not evident to have that angle on Lani and that position for Avice !! And I also worked hard for the coloring version on them and for the background !! (sorry if i'm bothering you always talking about my backgrounds but that's so important to me to improve on them !!!)
And at last, I drew them in my style not in a kind of Deanna's (awesome !!!) style as I did the other times I drew her characters
the title is also the one of the love song from Don Bluth's Thumbelina ^^
